Penguins lose and Crosby's vagina still hurts

Last night was a lot of fun in the UC for a Blackhawks 5-2 win even with out the vagina that is Cindy Crosby and his bitch in crime Evgeni Malkin. All jokes aside Brian Campbell did leave the ice not putting any weight onto his right leg not good for Blackhawks nation. I'm hoping it's a sprained whatever (I'm not a doctor) and nothing is torn and he wont be out any serious time.
Marian Hossa, Boss Hoss what can I say about his performance last night 2 goals and they where not cheap goals by any means. If these are the lines that we think might be around for a little bit boss hoss will have himself an all-star season. Him being centered by Toews just gives him more time and space as he has someone just as good as he is along the boards.
The line that I really wanted to pay attention to last night was the Sharp-Kane-Morin line. They looked a bit out of sync when the game started, but as the game went on got stronger. Morin basically still a baby at 19 got his chance on any wingers dream line with Sharp and Kane and Morin still didn't let anyone down yet. Sitting high up in the 300's all night I kept hearing who's number 27, who's number 27. So that right there tells you that he's getting noticed. Side note Kane got a PP goal from a nice juicy rebound which he didn't miss going top shelf with.
Cory Crawford looked phenomenal last night in net and really benefited from having some real defensemen in front of him unlike Marty Turco the night before. Crawford had a shutout going until middle of the 3rd period until a PP goal from Alex Goligoski broke that up. I will see David (the other writer for EYF) on Sunday for the Hawks vs. Goons and I'm pretty sure he will make me eat some Crawford crow as he has been a big supporter and I've been a doubter. Crawford is looking stronger and stronger and more confident as he gets more starts.
The defensive pairings got all fucked up as Campbell had to leave the game but John Scott and meat bag Nick Boynton play well all night making good decisions. Seabrook played a really good physical game and Leddy didn't look stupid out there (finally). But if Campbell is seriously hurt for some time look for the Hawks to go with Leddy which I am not a fan of, the kid needs some time to grow in the minors since he still wont take a hit and looks unsure what to do with the puck at times. The game looks a little to fast for him still, and if they want to give someone a shot I'm still calling for Shawn Lalonde to be given his shot.
Remember Sunday Cory will be doing the live in game chat starting at 5 come by and join him while watching the game!
