Marian Hossa is Amazing

I couldn't think of a more clever headline, but I figured this would do. Eminem thinks he's the "bee's knees, his legs, and his arms." Sorry Slim, but that description seems to fit Marian Hossa pretty well right now.
But before we get into the Hossa lovefest, let's all take a step back, and breathe a sigh of relief. The Hawks season, as many has presumed a couple of days ago, is not over quite yet. Wait, what? There's 79 games left? Then what was all that fuss about?
See, there's a big difference when the Cubs have a slow start and the Blackhawks have a slow start. When the Cubs have a slow start, their season is usually in jeopardy. Then again, their season has been in jeopardy for the last century, no matter the start, but disregard that. Point is, the Hawks started 1-2 last year, which included a 3-2 loss to the Red Wings.
Now, if all of you can kindly return to your seats on the Blackhawks bandwagon, we can get this show on the road again. It's a long season. It took a couple games, but after Monday's win, I'd say the Hawks are rounding back into form. And they still have to get Brian Campbell back, which should make a world of difference at the blue line.
Which brings me back to Marian Hossa. I didn't get to watch the game, as I was stuck at work, but I had Brent texting me updates and I was excited just reading about Hossa's exploits tonight and my elation was confirmed when I watched the highlights. The dude is a boss. He's so fast, so accurate, and you can't move him off the puck.
Like Cory's already said, he's at a plus-4 with five points in these three Hawks games. He had a 51 point season with the Hawks, despite missing the beginning of the year. I wonder what he's going to do with a full season.
